21-Day Prayer and Fasting Guide

Week 1: Prayer for Personal Revival

Day 1: Surrender to God's Will
Pray for a heart of complete surrender to God's will. Ask God to reveal areas of your life where you need to let go and trust Him more fully.
Scripture: Romans 12:1-2 – "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
2: Repentance and Freedom
Pray for the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal any unconfessed sin in your life. Pray for the grace to turn away from all that hinders your relationship with Him. If anything is revealed, pray this way, “Lord, I repent of this sin and I joyfully turn to you. I receive your love and mercy toward me. Renew a right spirit within me and make me whole. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Scripture: Psalm 51:10-12 – "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me."
Day 3: Desire for God's Presence
Pray for a renewed longing for God's presence. Ask Him to ignite a fresh desire for intimacy with Him, both in prayer and in His Word.
Scripture: Psalm 42:1-2 – "As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?"
Day 4: Renewed Commitment to Prayer
Pray for a deeper commitment to daily prayer. Ask God to strengthen your discipline and make prayer a priority in your life.
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 – "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."
Day 5: Renewal of Faith
Pray for God to renew your faith in His promises. Ask for greater trust in His faithfulness and ability to move in your life. This is a year of God’s promises in your life being fulfilled.
Scripture: Hebrews 10:23 – "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
Day 6: Empowerment by the Holy Spirit
Pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit in your life. Ask God to fill you with His purity, power, and a greater passion to live for Him.
Scripture: Acts 1:8 – "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Day 7: Thanksgiving for Personal Revival
Thank God for the work He has begun in your life and for the revival you are experiencing. Let your heart overflow with gratitude, knowing He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in your life.

Pray for a spirit of boldness and courage in your church to share the gospel. Ask God to equip every member to be a witness of His love and truth in their community. Scripture: Acts 4:29 – "Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness."
Day 11: Strengthening of Spiritual Leaders
Pray for the spiritual leaders of the church—pastors, elders, deacons, and ministry leaders. Ask God to give them wisdom, strength, and clarity as they lead the
congregation.
Scripture: Isaiah 40:31 – "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Day 12: The Next Generation
Pray for an awakening in the next generation. From ages 0-30, we long to see kids, youth, and young adults walk in the fullness of their purpose in Christ. Pray they would walk in purity, passion, and power.
Scripture: Joel 2:28 – "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions."
Day 13: Healing and Restoration

respond to the gospel.
Scripture: Luke 19:10 – "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."
Day 17: Revival in Local Schools and Universities
