Our Mission Statement
Live, Give, Worship
To live in God’s calling.
To give our time, talents, and energy in ministry.
To worship through our lifestyle, every day, everywhere.
Our Vision
- We want to become worshipers who are mature in faith,
whose passion it is to worship through music and lifestyle.
- We want to become leaders who are equipped to lead others
in worship
through music and lifestyle.
- We want to become musicians who are experienced,
in order
to train others
who will then lead worship through music and lifestyle.
Our Essential Values and Criteria
- Have a personal, born again relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Have attended Valley Church for at least four months or one orientation period.
- Be at least 12 years old.
- Complete a successful audition.
- Attend scheduled rehearsals:
Main rehearsal
Wednesdays, 8:15-9:30pm
Identity 1:9
Sundays, 2:30-4:00 pm
Youth band
Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm

- Participate when expected (according to team placement).
- Lead in at least one service every two weeks.
- Attend church services at least once weekly.
- Commit to ministry for at least one orientation period.
- Commit to ministry with a spirit of humility.
- Be part of the bigger picture.
- Be part of the team.
- Mentor and be mentored.
- Be used when needed.
- Grow spiritually and musically.
- Respect attire standards.
Modest, business-casual wear is typically appropriate.
