Valley Missions is a vital ingredient of outrchurch. Here at Valley Church, we designate the first Sunday of each month as Missions Sunday. On that Sunday, we highlight a fertile missions ground in which our people can sow financial seed into. Our church family is definitely missions-minded as we have given over $50,000.00 each of the past two years! This year we are on pace to give over $75,000.00!

We have been blessed to give to missions projects around the world. Just recently, Valley Missions gave $5,000.00 in one Sunday to build a church building in Nah-KaBu, Thailand. We support MAF, Mission Aviation Fellowship, which provides invaluable flights to missions around the globe. This past winter, we provided 1,500 coats, over $6,000.00, through Operation Warm Coat to people in Burma and northern Thailand. Valley Missions is a strong supporter of LCI, Logos Communications International, which provides numerous outreach efforts in SE Asia as well as other parts of the world. We support missionaries in Germany, Serbia, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. We've also supported missions projects here at home through avenues such as LOVE, inc. and the local homeless shelters.

In addition to the tremendous giving, many Valley Church members have gone on missions trips gaining wonderful insight into a global vision. Our pastors have all participated in teaching seminars in various countries of the world. At Valley Church, we consider Missions to be a key to fulfilling the purpose of the church.

Pastor Joe and Wayne Nigh recently returned from a trip to Uganda where they were ministering in a pastor's conference in Masulita, Uganda, with Pastor Robert Kazosi.
